10-YEAR, 15-YEAR, or 20 YEAR LEVEL TERM LIFE
Help protect your family’s financial future you’ve worked hard for with initial rates guaranteed not to increase for up to 20 years and coverage amounts up to $4,000,000 that remains level until termination at age 85 (depending on which plan you choose).
HOSPITAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE
Supplement your Health Insurance Plan with the ACS Hospital Indemnity Plan which pays cash benefits (up to $500 per day) directly to you from the first day of a covered stay. The plan offers both inpatient and outpatient benefits and can pay up to 200% of the daily benefit for certain stays.
TRADITIONAL TERM LIFE
Help secure your family’s financial future with our Traditional Term Life Insurance plan, which currently offers coverage amounts up to $4,000,000 and can be renewed until age 100.
In the event you lose your ability to practice due to a disabling sickness or injury, our Group Long-Term Disability plan offers monthly benefits of up to $20,000 and two optional benefits to choose from: The Future Purchase Option (FPO) and Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) riders.

In addition to your personal expenses, help protect your business expenses in the event you become disabled due to a covered illness or injury, with monthly benefits of up to $20,000.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
This plan can help you and your family cope with crippling or fatal accidents and the often devastating costs by providing up to $500,000 in benefits.
SUPPLEMENTAL DISABILITY INCOME (for educational expense obligations)
The ACS Supplemental Disability Income Insurance Plan offers a choice of two plans that can provide monthly benefits to help cover your educational debt if you become disabled from a covered accident or illness, so your career goals can stay on track.
